Tulips has good quality products! I used their cotton pad to wipe off my sister's make up. Cotton pad has different textures on both sides. One sides has soft and other has long ridges. It's easy to use and removes smudge proof and water proof make up easily. Moves softly on skin. Good quality and bought it at cheap price.
